Who benefits?

Any worker who is registered and active in Karnataka State Labor Welfare Board is eligible to avail this scheme. Also the children of one of the registered workers are eligible for this scholarship. This means that this subsidy is available only for the education of maximum two children per worker.

List of Required Documents (Important Note):

Supplementary documents to be submitted with the application

  • Registration Card (Labor Card) issued by the Board
    Aadhaar card copy of the registrant and his/her spouse
  • Student’s Aadhaar Card No
  • Bank account details of the registrant (account must be linked with Aadhaar and NPCI mapped by the bank)
    *Student’s SATS ID or Student ID
  • Study certificate
  • Employment Attestation Letter and Self Attestation Letter
