Qualification
For the trades of Constable (Carpenter), Constable (Plumber), Constable (Painter), Constable (Electrician), Constable (Pump Operator) and Constable (Upholsterer):
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board;
Two years certificate course from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or similar trade; OR One year certificate course from an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) or a Government affiliated vocational institution and at least one year experience;
For the trades of Constable (Cobbler), Constable (Tailor), Constable (Washerman). Constable (Barber), Constable (Sweeper) and Constable (Questioner/Scientist):
Matriculation or equivalent from a recognized board;
Salary
Pay Matrix Level-3, Pay Scale Rs. 21,700-69,100/- and
Other allowances as may be admissible to Central Government Employees from time to time.
