PNB Recruitment 2025: Punjab National Bank Recruitment; Feb. Apply within 22

Panjob National Bank (PNB) has invited applications for the posts of Internal Ombudsman. Eligible and interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Punjab National Bank (www.pnbindia.in).

The application process for this recruitment started from 5th February and interested candidates should apply by 22nd February.

How is the Selection Process for Punjab National Bank Recruitment?

Selection of candidates will be done through personal interaction/interview which may be conducted through online or direct interview. The Bank reserves the right to decide the selection procedure depending on the number and scope of applications received.

The appointment is purely contractual for a fixed period of three years and the selected candidates are not eligible for re-appointment or extension in the Bank. After the contract period is completed, the candidate’s appointment will be automatically cancelled. Selected candidates will get a fixed monthly reimbursement of Rs 1.75 lakh for the entire tenure, subject to applicable tax deductions.

Leave Policy:

Selected candidates will get a total of 12 days leave every year out of which a maximum of 4 consecutive days can be availed at a time. Unused leave cannot be carried forward to the next year, nor is there any opportunity to encash the leave. Working hours are as normal banking hours except on second and fourth Saturdays and holidays declared under the NI Act.
