Yes friends, the Social Welfare Department has invited applications for the SSP Scholarship Scheme for eligible candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes who are studying in the current year to apply for the post-matric scholarship.
Especially, the Social Welfare Department has informed that if you are currently studying in colleges in Udupi Taluk, that is, students belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes, and you want to apply for the SSP Scholarship Scheme for post-matric scholarship (apply online), the college principal has informed you to apply soon (college) or visit your nearest Social Welfare Department with the relevant documents (more information).

Should students do this work?
It has been informed that students who wish to apply for the SSP Scholarship Scheme must have their Aadhaar card linked with their bank account and it is mandatory to get Aadhaar card seeded and along with this, NPCI mapping related to the bank account should be done and it is mandatory for all students belonging to Scheduled Castes to register with SSP O.T.R.
