Who can get this certificate? (Eligibility)
Indian citizens who have been continuously residing in Karnataka for at least 6 years.
Those who own land or property in Karnataka.
Women who are married to a permanent resident of Karnataka.
If the applicant is a minor (below 18 years of age), the residence documents of their father are mandatory.
What are the benefits of a residence certificate?

How to Apply? (Application Method)
Online:
Visit the official portal of Seva Sindhu or Nadakacheri.
Log in using your mobile number.
Select ‘Domicile Certificate’ in the ‘Apply Online’ section.
Fill in the required information and upload the documents.
Apply by paying the prescribed fee online.
Offline:
Visit your nearest Nadakacheri, Atal Ji Janasnehi Kendra or Gram One Kendra, fill the prescribed application form and submit it along with the documents.
After approval from the Tahsildar within a few days of submitting the application, you can download the certificate online.
