The central government has given good news to farmers. As part of the 21st installment of the Kisan Samman (PM Kisan) scheme, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release Rs 2,000 each to the accounts of eligible farmers on November 19.
Under this scheme, which was implemented in 2019, eligible farmers will receive Rs. 6,000 annually.
The amount will be credited to the accounts in three installments every four months. So far, Rs 3.70 lakh crore has been disbursed to 11 crore farmer families in a total of 20 installments, the Union Agriculture Ministry said.
Under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme, a financial assistance of ₹6,000 is provided annually to each eligible farmer family. This central government scheme was launched on February 24, 2019. Considering the importance of the scheme, the PM Kisan portal and CPGRAMS (Centralized Public Grievance Redressal and Monitoring System) have provided a facility to register complaints and get redressal. Farmers can register their issues directly on the portal and get instant information and solutions.

- Click on the ‘Know Your Status’ tab.
- Enter your registration number, captcha code and select the ‘Get Data’ option.
- Your status will appear.
- Check the name in the beneficiary list:
- Visit the official website of PM Kisan www.pmkisan.gov.in.
- Click on the ‘Beneficiary List’ tab.
- Select the state, district, sub-district, block and village.
- Click on ‘Get Report’.
