Yes, Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has introduced a new WhatsApp service to help devotees avail temple-related services. TTD has now integrated 15 such essential services into WhatsApp, making temple visits easier for devotees.
These services include important aspects like ticket booking, accommodation availability and temple timing updates. How to book Laddu Prasad on WhatsApp:-
- Save the number 9552300009 in your mobile phone. This is the Andhra Government Citizen Helpline Service.
- Go to the WhatsApp of this number, verify the number again and start the chat by sending a message saying “Hi”.
- First you will get this message: “Welcome to Andhra Pradesh Government Citizen Assistance Service. Your convenience is our priority. Please select the citizen service you require.”
- Then you can proceed to ‘Select Services’. In this, select the Laddu service. If you provide all the details asked and refund the money, the Laddu will arrive at your location.
- Services available on WhatsApp include:
- *Slotted Sarvadarshan Live – Real-time status of Sarvadarshan tokens for Tirupati
- *Sarvadarshan Live – Queue status updates at Vaikuntam Queue Complex-2.
