The school education department said that they are distributing the final admit card to the students appearing for the SSLC examination-1 which is going on in March and April 2025.
In this regard, the circular has given that the final admit cards of the students appearing for the SSLC Examination-1 to be held in the month of March/April 2025 will be uploaded on the school login of the board’s website dated: 10.03.2025.
School Headmasters will download admit cards of students through school login from Mandali website and distribute to students on time.
- Checking whether the number of students registered through their school matches the number of admit cards downloaded. If the admit card of any student has not been received, the details of such student along with justification/documents should be sent to the Board immediately.
- In case a CCERF student is a CCEPF, or a CCEPF student is a CCERF and thus the type of student is changed, such admission letters are sent to the Board for correction along with supporting documents.
- The Headmaster should ensure that physical condition, language exemption, substitute subject information is printed in the admit card as per the Deputy Director’s memorandum regarding giving special facility/exemption to differently abled students as detailed in the notification referred-2. Otherwise, a copy of the memorandum of the Deputy Director [Administration] will be sent to the concerned Branch Officers with confirmation and justification to obtain exemption.
- Submitting and correcting the student’s photograph signature and other corrections to the Board along with appropriate documents. If not rectified, the head of the school will be responsible for the problem in the mark sheet of the student and the board will not be responsible for this.
- In respect of change in portrait of any student, the Board will consider only those changes made prior to the examination. The Board will not entertain any appeals for change of portrait of students coming after the examination. The Headmaster of the concerned school and the Chief Superintendent of the examination center are directly responsible for this. If, on the contrary, a substitute, student is involved in examination malpractice by helping to write the examination, the Chief Superintendent of the examination center and the head of the school will be prosecuted under KCS (CCA) Rules-1957 and the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 and the Karnataka Board of Secondary Education Examination Act-1966.
- If a student receives two admit cards with the same registration number, one should be retained and the other canceled and confirmed and returned to the address of the Branch Officer of the Verification Branch with appropriate clause.
- Candidates of CCERF, CCERR, CCEPF & CCEPR will be allotted in Common Examination Centres. School head teacher to give information about this to the concerned students.
- Student’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, photograph, signature, other corrections in the final admit cards of the students, if any, for CCERF students. SATS along with amended copy and other documents along with penalty fee of Rs.100/- for each correction and in case of change of medium, rule 24 of Annexure-III of Board Rule 1966 Rs.500/- penalty fee for each correction shall be submitted through Neft Challan Date: 17.03.2025 by 5.00 pm to be submitted to the Board.

- Karnataka Board of Secondary Education Examination Act – 1966 Chapter Vi – Rules 36 and 37 allow students of recognized high schools to register for SSLC examination. But even till this date some high schools are found not to have their accreditation renewed for the year 2024-25. Circular ODPI-CPI0C7-2/14/2024-E-1469456 dated: 28.02.2025 of the Commissioner, Department of School Education, Bangalore has been given up to date: 20.03.2025 to submit proposals for renewal of accreditation. However, from the commencement of Examination-1, so that the students are not deprived of the examination and in the interest of their further academic studies, the admit cards of such schools to appear for Examination-1 from the same school have been released to the same school as permitted by the Government in Reference-1. If the schools whose accreditation has not been renewed by the date of declaration of the result of Examination-1 obtain and submit the copy of renewal of accreditation for the year 2024-25 from the concerned authority, the result will be released to the same school.
