Housewives have got good news regarding the Gruhalakshmi Scheme, which is one of the important schemes of the Government of Karnataka. Out of the remaining three installments, the Grilahkshmi money for the month of December has already been deposited in the housewives’ bank account.

2000 rupees is directly transferred to the bank account of every housewife under the Grilahakshmi Yojana every month. The project was implemented within a few months of the Congress government coming to power in the state. Crores of women in Karnataka are benefiting from this scheme.
But since last December, the money of Grilahakshmi Yojana has not been released. A total of 6000 rupees should have been deposited in the account of the beneficiaries of Grilahakshmi Yojana for three months including December, January and February. But the government had not transferred the money.
Karnataka Government Women and Child Welfare Minister Lakshmi Hebbalkar has given good news to the beneficiaries of Grilakshmi Yojana. He has announced that he has released one installment of Grilakshmi Yojana. At present, the money for the month of December will be deposited in the housewives’ bank account.
After depositing the money for the month of December, the money for the month of January and February will also be released. At present, only one installment of money is available to housewives.
How to Check Gruhalakshmi DBT Status ?
- To know Grilakshmi Yojana deposit details first download DBT Karnataka app.
- After opening the app enter your Aadhaar card number. Click on
- The OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked to the beneficiary’s Aadhaar account. Enter the OTP in the app and click on Verify OTP.
- Then the personal details of the beneficiaries will be available. To enter mobile number, enter the mobile number linked to Aadhaar and click OK button
- Then Create mPIN. Enter your favorite four digit mPIN, then click on Submit Button.
- Then you can select the beneficiary that you have added on the Select Beneficiary that appears.
- Then login by entering the MPIN you have created.
- Click on Payment Status option
- Then you can get complete information by clicking on Gruhalakshmi DBT Status Check option.
