Karnataka Government and various organizations are offering free coaching programs for KAS (Karnataka Administrative Service) Exam. Some of these are specially meant for minority community candidates, while others are for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates.
Free Coaching for Minority Candidates:
The Minority Welfare Department has invited applications for the preparatory training for IAS and KAS examinations in the year 2023-24. This training is provided at Haj Bhawan, Bangalore for a period of 10 months with accommodation. Eligibility to Apply:
Should be a permanent resident of Karnataka.
Must belong to Muslim, Christian, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist and Parsi communities.
Must have degree.
Age should be between 21 to 35 years.

Free Coaching for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates:
Department of Social Welfare has invited applications for preliminary training for UPSC, KAS, Banking, Group-C, RRB, SSC, Judicial Services Examinations. Eligibility to Apply:
Should belong to Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe.
Age should be between 18 to 40 years.

Competitive Examination Center of Karnataka State Open University, Mysore is offering one month free coaching for KAS exam. Subject matter experts and successful candidates are guided in this training program.
