If you have already handed over your Enumeration Form to your Booth Level Officer (BLO), it is very important to check whether it has been successfully uploaded on the Election Commission of India (ECI) portal.
By checking the status of your EPIC (Voter Identification Card) online, you can avoid unnecessary trips to government offices in the future.
This process takes just a few minutes. Follow the step-by-step guide below to know whether your form has been submitted or not:
Steps to check if your census form has been uploaded:
- Step 1: Visit the official website and open the official website voters.eci.gov.in in your browser.

- Step 3: Sign up if you are a new user If you are using this portal for the first time:
- Click on ‘Sign Up’.
- Enter your mobile number, email ID (if available) and Captcha code.
- Complete the registration process
- Step 4: If you are already a registered user, log in. If you are already registered:

Enter your mobile number and captcha.
Click on ‘Request OTP’, enter the OTP received on your mobile and verify.

How to understand the verification result?
If your form is uploaded: A message will appear on the screen saying “Your form has already been submitted with mobile number XXXXX”. This means that your BLO has successfully uploaded your form.
If your form is not uploaded: If there is no confirmation message, but instead a Fresh Enumeration Form page opens, it means that your form has not been uploaded online yet.
What to do if the information is incorrect?: If the portal shows a different mobile number that you are not familiar with or if the form is showing as ‘submitted’ even though you have not submitted it, contact your BLO immediately to verify the details and correct the errors.
