First of all, go to the NSDL or UTIITSL website.

-Now click on the option of Changes/Correction in PAN.

-After this you will have to enter some basic details here like PAN number, name, date of birth and email.

-Now a 15 digit token number will be generated for you.

-Then select the details you want to change and correct them.

-After this, upload documents like address proof, date of birth proof, photo etc.

-Finally you have to pay the fee and submit it.

-Finally, don’t forget to download the acknowledgement slip. You can check your status later using this slip.

How to change name in Aadhaar?

Step 1- First you have to go to the official website of UIDAI.

Step 2 – Then go to the My Aadhaar option and enter your Aadhaar number and OTP.

Step 3- After that you will get the option to update Aadhaar.

Step 4- Then you will see the option to update your name. Click on it.

Step 5- Now submit the requested details and documents like marriage certificate.

Step 6- After that, you will have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 50. Non-refundable methods
This money is not refundable.

Step 7- Finally, check the entered details and documents and click on the submit button.

Write down your SRN number (Service Request Number) on a piece of paper. This number will help you to check your status later. Here checking the status means that you can find out when the new information you have entered will be reflected in your Aadhaar card.
