The state government has given good news to job seekers and has issued an important order to fill the posts of Village Administrative Officer (VAO) through direct recruitment.
In connection with the above matter, the Finance Department has approved the filling of 500 Village Administrative Officer posts through direct recruitment in the year 2025-26 out of the vacant posts of Village Administrative Officers in the Revenue Department.
Therefore, it is directed to examine this matter and request the submission of district-wise information on the following aspects regarding the Village Administrative Officer cadre by date: 07.01.2026 to undertake the recruitment process.
