Skin problem: Extreme cold can cause numbness of hands and feet. If the skin turns white or yellow, see a doctor immediately. It can be serious.
Symptom: Do not ignore if the body temperature drops due to cold, shivering, difficulty in speaking or difficulty in breathing.

Cover ears and head as much as possible with a muffler or cap, wear gloves and warm clothes when going outside. Drink hot water and vitamin-C rich fruits to keep the body warm. Drive slowly if you cannot see the road due to fog while driving.
