Ayushman Card Insurance
If you are 70 years of age or above, you will be covered for free medical coverage up to Rs 5 lakh per year. If you are a beneficiary of this scheme, you can get treatment free of cost in government or empanelled private hospitals without spending a single rupee from your pocket.
This scheme provides 27 specialties and 1,961 medical procedures including medicines, medical tests, ICU, surgery and more. It is not related to the income of the individuals. Retirees, those on duty and those without income are eligible to benefit from this scheme.

What age group can apply?
Anyone above the age of 70 is eligible for this card. There is no income requirement. This is a health scheme that has been launched with the aim of benefiting the elderly in particular.
How to apply online?
- First download the Ayushman app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
Login as a beneficiary or operator.
- Then enter the details like captcha, mobile number and authentication method given.
Provide the beneficiary’s state, Aadhaar details.
Complete the OTP based eKYC process.
Submit the given form with personal details.
Submit the applicant’s mobile number and OTP.
Submit details like area, pin code etc.
Provide information about family members (if applicable)
After verification, you can download the Ayushman card directly from the app.
