- Passport Size Photo (2 copies)
- Signature Proforma
- Age Proof
- SSLC/10th Class Marksheet or Birth Certificate
- Educational Proofs
- SSLC/10th Class Certificate
- PUC/12th Class Certificate
- Degree Certificate (Any Stream)
- Computer Knowledge Certificate (Any)
- Category/Caste Proofs (If applicable)
- SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Other Castes Certificate
- OBC Applicants must submit updated Caste Certificate for 2024-25.
- KPSC Application Form and Payment Receipt
- Online Application Print (with Photo and Signature)

- NOC (If applicable to Government Employees)
- Ex-Servicemen Certificate
- Disability Certificate (PwD Applicants)
Points to Note:
- Original copies + 1 set of photocopy of all documents must be submitted.
- OBC/EWS applicants must submit 1 year old certificates.
- Documents must be in English/Kannada. Official translation is required if in other language.
