KPSC SDA Document Verification

Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) SDA (Second Division Assistant) Original Document Verification Checklist contains the main documents that you need to submit. Original documentation is a critical step in the KPSC SDA recruitment process.

### KPSC SDA Original Document Checklist:

  1. Applicant’s Photo and Signature
  • Passport Size Photo (2 copies)
  • Signature Proforma
  1. Age Proof
  • SSLC/10th Class Marksheet or Birth Certificate
  1. Educational Proofs
  • SSLC/10th Class Certificate
  • PUC/12th Class Certificate
  • Degree Certificate (Any Stream)
  • Computer Knowledge Certificate (Any)
  1. Category/Caste Proofs (If applicable)
  • SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PWD/Other Castes Certificate
  • OBC Applicants must submit updated Caste Certificate for 2024-25.
  1. KPSC Application Form and Payment Receipt
  • Online Application Print (with Photo and Signature)
  • Fee Payment Receipt
  1. Other Documents
  • NOC (If applicable to Government Employees)
  • Ex-Servicemen Certificate
  • Disability Certificate (PwD Applicants)

Points to Note:

  • Original copies + 1 set of photocopy of all documents must be submitted.
  • OBC/EWS applicants must submit 1 year old certificates.
  • Documents must be in English/Kannada. Official translation is required if in other language.

Check the KPSC notification properly, if there are any changes, prepare the documents accordingly.
