With the aim of increasing the enrollment and attendance in government schools of the state and improving the quality of education, the School Education Department has invited applications for the recruitment of Educational In-charge Officers and staff. Eligible government primary and high school assistant teachers and head teachers can apply for the following departmental posts through a written examination.
- Cluster Resource Person (CRP)
- Field Resource Person (BRP)
- Technical Assistants
- Education Coordinators
- Field Resource Coordinator (BRC)
- Assistant Project Coordinator (APC)
- Subject Supervisors of the Office of the Deputy Director and the Office of the Divisional Joint Director
- Assistant Director of Pradhan Mantri Poshan Shakti Nirman Abhiyan
How to apply?
Candidates who wish to apply should log in to the Teachers Data Collection Portal with their KGID number and apply only through EEDS software. Documents related to higher educational qualifications, service experience, computer training and academic publications should be uploaded with the application. Along with this, it is mandatory to submit the original copies to the office of the respective District Deputy Director, the School Education Department said.
What are the qualifications?
- The permanent service of the candidate should be satisfactory.
- The age limit of the applicant should not exceed 55 years. The maximum age limit for the post of Education Coordinator of the Primary Department is 57 years.
- The applicant for the post of Subject Inspector should have at least 10 years of teaching experience as a Headmaster in high schools.
- The candidates should have served at least three years in the current post and place.
- Those who have been transferred to the school after working in the previously specified posts should have served at least five years.
Selection Process
The selection process will consist of a total of 200 marks. This will include two written papers of 85 marks each and 30 marks for the candidates’ higher educational qualification and service experience. The written examinations for all the notified posts will be held from June 8 to 10 in the respective district Diets. The School Education Department will conduct the evaluation and publish the provisional marks list, and the concerned District Deputy Directors will allocate seats to the candidates through counselling based on the merit list.
