The state government has issued an important order regarding the identification and filling of backlog posts for direct recruitment and promotion in high schools and primary schools.
Regarding the above matter, reference (4)(5) in the letters of the Commissioner, School Education Department, Bangalore states that from 1978 to 2003 the High School Teacher Recruitment Officer was the Co-Director of 04 Divisional Offices of the State.
Since 2003, the appointing officers have been the Deputy Directors of the 35 educational districts of the state. And since the competent authorities for promotion from primary school to high school are 35 educational districts, dates are fixed and ordered to provide this office with information on direct recruitment in Annexure-1 & promotion information in Annexure-2.
Accordingly on the scheduled dates Co-Directors, Divisional Offices/Deputy Directors Educational Districts/Staff have visited this office and obtained clarification to consolidate the information on Direct Recruitment in Annexure-1 & Promotions in Annexure-2. None of the Divisional Offices/Districts submitted information, direct recruitment information from 1984 and promotions from 1978 requests for time to consolidate information.
