KPSC recruitment preliminary exam result which was the cause of huge debate in Karnataka has been declared. Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released the list of qualified candidates for the recruitment of gazetted probationer 384 Group-A and Group-B Group.
The Karnataka Public Service Commission has informed about this in a publication. The merit list of the candidates who qualified in the ratio of 1:15 from the preliminary examination to the main examination is hereby published for the information of the candidates.
Publication Information: Preliminary re-examination as per the Karnataka Gazetted Probationer (Recruitment through Competitive Examinations) Rules, 1997 and the Rules as amended from time to time for 384 posts of Gazetted Probationer Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ for the year 2023-24 notified by the Commission vide notification dated 26-02-2024 and amended notifications. It said that it was held on 29-12-2024.

Gazetted Probationer 384 Group-A and Group-B Recruitment Prelims Test was in big news due to translation glitch in the question paper. In the re-examination conducted on 29-12-2024 there was also a question paper error.

Now KPSC has published the merit list of candidates who qualified in the ratio of 1:15 from prelims to mains. Through this, the recruitment of 384 KAS posts has reached the next stage. When will the main exam be conducted? KPSC has not announced the date yet.
