Examination for RPC Group Posts of Various Departments from Feb 16: Admit Card Released

If you have applied for various Group B posts of Water Resources Department, Factories, Boilers, Industrial Safety and Health Department, Directorate of Ground Water, Land Survey, Revenue System and Land Records Department, download the admit card for the exams starting from February 16. See link, method given here.

The Karnataka Public Service Commission has recently released the probable schedule of competitive examinations to be conducted for Group A, Group B, Group C posts in various departments for the next three months. Accordingly, from February 16, the competitive examination of paper-2 – specific paper is being conducted for the following posts in the remaining three groups of many departments. The admit card has been released to appear in the said examination. The link and method to download, take print is given below.

How to Download Admit Card?

  • Visit Karnataka Public Service Commission website https://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
  • Open the ‘What’s New?’ Note that where
  • Click on the link that says ‘Link to Download Hall Ticket for various Group-B posts’.
  • Another webpage will open. Click on ‘Login’.
  • Then another page of KPSC will open.
  • Enter exam name, application id, date of birth and login on this webpage.
  • Admit card will be displayed. Download and take a print.

It is mandatory to carry any official government identity card along with admit card for this exam.

Guidelines for KPSC Exam Aspirants

  • No modern equipment like mobile, bluetooth, calculator, white fluid, wireless sets, paper, books can be taken inside the examination room.
  • Candidates are prohibited from appearing in full sleeved shirts and any jewelery (except mangal sutra and anklet), pullovers, jackets and sweaters.
  • Candidates are strictly prohibited from carrying metal water bottles or non-transparent water bottles inside the examination hall.
  • Candidates are not allowed to enter the examination hall wearing face mask covering ears, mouth or any type of filter.
  • Frisking is being done by male and female security guards through hand held metal detectors before entering the examination centre.
  • Jammers are installed to prevent communication from mobile and other technical (electronic) devices in the examination sub-centre.
  • Biometric face recognition is done to verify the authenticity of the candidates appearing for the exams.
  • CC cameras are being installed in all centers. Continuous monitoring is being done in a room during the test.
  • For the first time, body cameras are being installed for the invigilators of the examination centers. It is intended to observe and record the movement of the candidates.
  • Arrangements have been made to appoint Group A and Group B level observers in each district headquarters.
  • All the above instructions must be followed by the candidates. And you have to write the exam keeping in mind.
