KKRTC has invited the eligible and interested candidates for direct interview to fill up 100 Driver posts and 50 Technical Assistant posts. These posts are not direct recruitment posts. Instead, they are urgently needed temporary and contract based posts. Interested can participate in the recruitment process.
Kalyan Karnataka Road Transport Corporation has issued a recruitment notification to fill up the urgently required posts of Drivers and Technical Assistants in various units of Bidar Division. Aspirants can participate in the recruitment process by attending the direct interview for these posts
Driver posts are intended to be filled for driving buses of Bidar-1, Bidar-2, Bhalki, Aurad, Basavakalyan and Humanabad units.
Interview for the selection of eligible candidates for the above mentioned posts has been arranged on the following dates.
- Direct Interview for the post of Driver from December 02 to 04.
- Direct Interview for the post of Technical Assistant from December 06 to 07.
Eligible and interested are informed to appear for live interview on the above dates at Address – Bidar Old Bus Stand Bidar Divisional Office of Kalyana Karnataka Road Transport Corporation.
Qualifications for the post of Driver
- Must have passed SSLC or equivalent qualification for driver post. SSC 500 Marks from Open University will not be considered.
- Should have held a valid Heavy Goods Vehicle (HTV) driving license for at least 2 years.
- Must have Passenger Heavy Vehicle Driving License and Karnataka PSV Badge.
Qualifications for the post of Technical Assistant
Candidates with ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Branch with experience in Mechanic work are hired.
Candidates appearing for the direct interview will have to bring eligibility certificates for the posts, Aadhaar card, SSLC mark sheet, valid Heavy Goods Vehicle (HTV) driving license, Passenger Heavy Vehicle driving license and Karnataka PSV badge, Medical certificate.
Selection Method
Selection will be done through verification of original documents / verification of physical fitness / driving career test.
Pay Scale : These posts are not filled by direct recruitment. So these are contract based posts and salary will be fixed by KKRTC selection committee based on hours/days of duty. More information about this can be obtained in the interview.
