PM Kisan 23rd installment deposited in farmers’ accounts: How to check your account status?

The 23rd installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM KISAN) scheme, one of the ambitious schemes of the central government, will be released tomorrow, i.e. Saturday. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will directly transfer the money to the bank accounts of crores of beneficiary farmers across the country.

Under this scheme, which has been implemented for the economic empowerment of farmers, Rs 2,000 is being given in each installment, and this money will be credited to the accounts of the country’s food donors tomorrow.

Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana: 9.44 crore farmers will benefit

On Saturday, June 20, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Hooghly district of West Bengal and will release the Kisan Yojana funds digitally from the same event platform. Giving information about this, Union Agriculture Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, “A total of Rs 18,880 crore will be credited to the bank accounts of 9.44 crore beneficiary farmers across the country. Especially in West Bengal alone, Rs 907 crore will reach the accounts of more than 45.35 lakh farmer beneficiaries through direct cash transfer.”

The central government has implemented this PM Kisan Yojana with the aim of providing financial assistance to farmers, and a total of Rs 6,000 will be given per year. This amount will be deposited into the beneficiary’s account in three installments of Rs. 2,000 each every four months. This money will be of great help to the farmers in purchasing fertilizers, seeds and agricultural implements during the monsoon season.

How to check PM Kisan status?

You can easily check whether the 23rd installment of PM Kisan has been credited to your account or not from your mobile or computer. Follow these simple steps to check PM Kisan status online:

  1. First, visit the official website of PM Kisan Yojana pmkisan.gov.in.
  2. Look at the ‘Farmers Corner’ section on the right side of the home page. Click on the option ‘Know Your Status’ or ‘Beneficiary Status’ there.
  3. A new page will open. Enter your PM Kisan registration number there.
  4. If you do not know your registration number, click on ‘Know your registration number’ at the top, enter your Aadhaar number or mobile number and you can easily know it.
  5. Enter the registration number and the captcha code shown on the screen correctly.
  6. Finally, click on the ‘Get Data’ button.

Now, your complete account details will appear on your screen. This will include your name, bank account details, and information about previous installments, as well as the status of the new installment being deposited.

What to do if money is not received?

It is mandatory for farmers to do e-KYC to continuously receive money from the PM Kisan scheme. In addition, the Aadhaar card must be linked to the bank account and the land records must be properly verified. If any of these three processes are pending, the money may stop coming to your account.

If money is not received in your account or there are any technical issues related to this scheme, you can call the central government’s PM Kisan helpline numbers 155261, 1800115526 or 011-23381092 and get information. If there are errors, you can visit the nearest farmer contact center or common service center and resolve the problem.
