Karnataka High Court Group D Recruitment 2026: Details of Vacancies
Post:
Soldier, Watchman, Sweeper, Soldier (Housekeeping), Lift Attendant, Assistant Binder, Tailor, Washer.

Duty Station:
Candidates appointed to the post can be posted either in the main bench in Bangalore or in benches in Dharwad or Kalaburagi.

Number of Vacancies:
A total of 101 posts have been invited for the recruitment.

Educational Qualification:
Soldier, Watchman, Sweeper, Soldier (Housekeeping) –
Must have passed 10th standard or equivalent examination.

Lift Attendant –
Must have passed 10th class and have experience in lift mechanism.

Assistant Binder –
Must have passed 10th class and have 2 years experience in binding work.

Tailor –
Must have passed 10th class and have 3 years experience in tailoring work.

Washer –
Must have passed 10th standard and have experience in washing work.

Age Limit:
Must have completed at least 18 years of age as on the last date of application.

  • For General Category Candidates – Maximum 40 years
  • For Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B Candidates – Maximum 43 years
  • For Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category 1 Candidates – Maximum 45 years

Selection Procedure: Candidates will be selected through interview based on the percentage of total marks obtained in the qualifying examination.

Application Procedure:
The candidate should apply online.
Step 1: Before applying, read the notification issued by the High Court carefully and prepare the required documents for application and then submit the application.
Step 2: Visit the website of the High Court or click on the Apply Online link given below and open the application.
Step 3: Fill in all the information mentioned in the application (such as candidate’s name, address, educational qualification, mobile number, etc.) and check it again before moving on to the next step.
Step 4: If any certificates/documents are asked to be uploaded in the application, scan them and upload them (only if required).
Step 5: Finally, if the candidate is asked to pay the application fee, pay the fee and complete the application submission.

Details of the prescribed application fee:

  • General candidate, Category 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B candidates – Rs. 200
  • Scheduled Caste/Scheduled/P.1/PWD candidates – Rs. 100

Mode of payment of fee:
Candidates should pay the application fee through SBI online payment gateway.
