Educational Qualification
- Junior Manager: Should be a graduate from a recognized university. Should have computer knowledge and at least 3 years of work experience in a banking or financial institution. General and other categories should have a minimum of 60% marks in the degree and SC, ST, Category-1 and Ex-Servicemen should have a minimum of 45% marks.
- Senior Assistant: Should have any degree from a recognized university and computer knowledge. General and other category candidates should have a minimum of 60% marks and SC, ST, Category-1 and Ex-Servicemen should have a minimum of 45% marks.
- Junior Assistant: Should have a degree from a recognized university and computer knowledge. Minimum 60% marks are prescribed for General and other categories, minimum 45% marks are prescribed for SC, ST, Category-1 and Ex-Servicemen.
- Leader / Attendant: Must have passed SSLC (10th class) from Karnataka State Secondary Education Examination Board or CBSE Board.
- Driver: Must have passed SSLC and must have a valid Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) driving license.
- Constable: Must have passed SSLC (10th class).
- Night Watchman: Must have passed SSLC (10th class).
Age Limit & Age Relaxation
Candidates should have completed at least 18 years of age as on the last date of application. The maximum age limit by category is as follows: Including Social Movement
- For General Category Candidates: Maximum 35 years
- For Backward Classes Candidates (2A, 2B, 3A, 3B): Maximum 38 years
- For SC, ST and Category-1 Candidates: Maximum 40 years
- For Ex-Servicemen Candidates: Must have served at least 15 years in the Armed Forces. There will be a relaxation of 3 years in addition to the period of service (maximum not exceeding 45 years).

Selection Procedure
- For the posts of Junior Manager, Senior Assistant and Junior Assistant: Candidates will be called for a written test of 200 marks based on the prescribed educational qualification marks. The written test will consist of Kannada Language (50 marks), English Language (25 marks), General Knowledge (25 marks), Cooperation (50 marks), Banking (25 marks) and Constitution of India (25 marks). The written test marks will be reduced to 85 percent and the final selection will be made through an interview in the ratio of 1:5.
- For the posts of Attendant, Sepoy, Night Watchman and Vehicle Driver: Candidates will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 based on the marks obtained in the SSLC examination.
- Proficiency (driving) test and interview will be conducted for the post of Vehicle Driver.
