Here is some great news for the youth who want to make a career in the security field. The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) has issued an official notification for the recruitment of Sepoy (Technician, Tradesman and Pioneer) posts.
A total of 9,195 posts are being filled through this recruitment drive, which is a great opportunity for 10th pass candidates looking for a government job.

Details of Posts
Constable (Technician and Tradesman): Total 9,175 posts. (Males: 9,096, Females: 79).
Constable (Pioneer Wing): Total 20 posts (Males only). This includes Mason (13) and Electrician (7) posts.
Pay Scale
The selected candidates will be paid a monthly salary ranging from ₹21,700 to ₹69,100 under the Seventh Pay Commission Pay Level-3.
Qualification and Age Limit
Driver: Must be 10th pass and have Heavy Transport Vehicle (HTV) license. (Age Limit: 21 to 27 years).
Mechanic Motor Vehicle: Must be 10th pass and should have done ITI or Apprenticeship in the relevant trade. (Age Limit: 18 to 23 years).
Other Tradesman and Pioneer: Must be at least 10th pass and should have proficiency in the relevant work. (Age Limit: 18 to 23 years).
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates, 3 years for OBC candidates and age relaxation as per rules for Ex-Servicemen.
Selection Process
The recruitment will involve the following stages:
Written Test: 100 marks (2 hours). It will consist of 25 questions each from Reasoning, General Knowledge, Mathematics and Language (Hindi/English). (Remember: There will be 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer).
Physical Test (PST & PET): Height and Weight Test. (170 cm for Males, 157 cm for Females).
Trade Test: 50 marks, 20 marks required to pass.
Document Verification and Medical Examination.
Application Fee
For General, EWS and OBC Category Male Candidates: ₹100.
For SC, ST, All Categories Women and Ex-Servicemen: No Fee.
