Aadhaar Authentication History

UIDAI has already brought a feature called ‘Aadhaar Authentication History’ on its website and app. Through this, you can know the details online like where you have used Aadhaar..? What did you use it for..? When did you use it? You can immediately take action to prevent others from using your Aadhaar by locking your Aadhaar biometric details. You can track documents like iris, fingerprint, and OTP verification.

How to know the history..?

Download the ‘m-aadhaar’ app from the Google Play Store.
Enter your Aadhaar number and log in with OTP.
Select the ‘my aadhaar’ option on the home page.
Enter your pin number.
Click on the ‘aadhaar authentication history’ tab.
Select the dates for which you want to know the history.
You will get complete details of where your Aadhaar has been used.
File a complaint

If you find that your Aadhaar has been used anywhere without your knowledge, immediately file a complaint with the UIDAI helpline number. Call 1947 and file a complaint. Also, immediately lock your Aadhaar biometrics. This can prevent others from using your Aadhaar. You should check your history from time to time. This will keep your Aadhaar safe.
