A golden opportunity has come for doctors who dream of practicing medicine in a government hospital. The Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) has issued a recruitment notification for the posts of Insurance Medical Officer Grade 2 (IMO Gr. II).
The application process for this recruitment has already started. The last date for applying is February 17, 2026. Interested and eligible candidates can apply before the last date.
Who can apply?
To participate in this recruitment, candidates must have completed MBBS. They must have appeared in the Combined Medical Services Examination 2024 and must have registered on the Pratibha Setu portal.
What is the age limit?
The maximum age of the candidate should not exceed 35 years as on August 1, 2024. There is maximum age relaxation as per the rules for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
How many vacancies are there?
ESI will fill 225 vacancies in the recruitment drive. Out of these, 64 posts are reserved for SC, 43 ST, 33 OBC, 22 EWS and 63 for unreserved categories.
How much salary will you get?
Candidates selected for these posts will be paid a salary ranging from Rs. 56,100 to Rs. 1,77,500 per month as per Pay Scale 10.
