Karnataka Minority Development Corporation (KMDC) is providing borewell, pump set and electricity connection to small and micro farmers in rural areas with full subsidy.
Subsidy:
₹4 lakh in Bangalore Rural, Kolar, Chikkaballapur, Ramanagara, Tumkur districts
₹3 lakh in other districts
Electricity connection deposit ₹75,000 paid by the Corporation directly to ESCOM
Eligibility:
Permanent resident of Karnataka
Belongs to the Christian community
Small / Micro Farmers
Annual family income is less than ₹6 lakh
Age: Minimum 18 years
Land: 1.20-5 acres in general districts, Kodagu, D.K., Udupi, U.K., Chi.Minimum 1 acre in Magaluru, Shimoga, Hassan
