The government has implemented the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana to improve the financial condition of the farmers of the country. Through this scheme, farmers are given an incentive of ₹6 thousand annually. The money is deposited in the bank account of the farmer every 4 months, at the rate of ₹2 thousand.

Who is ineligible for this scheme?
- No one in the applicant’s family should be holding a constitutional post.
- Serving or retired government employees are ineligible for this scheme.
How to apply?
First visit the official website of the scheme https://pmkisan.gov.in/
Scroll down the opened web page. Then Farmers Corner will appear. There select New Farmers Registration.
The New Farmers Registration form page will open. Enter your Aadhaar number and mobile number there and get the OTP.
Then the document upload page will open. There, you have to upload and save all the requested information and photos of the documents.
After saving, your application will be processed. You can enter your Aadhaar number to check the status related to the scheme.
