Applications are invited online from unemployed youth of all categories who are starting their own businesses to avail loan facility for manufacturing/service units under the Prime Minister’s Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) of the Government of India for the year 2025-26.
Those setting up new businesses in towns, cities and rural areas will be given a subsidy of 15 to 35 percent if they take a loan of up to Rs. 50 lakhs for manufacturing businesses and up to Rs. 20 lakhs for service businesses from the bank.
Loan subsidy will be given to coffee grinding, flour mill, cement blocks, vermicompost, beekeeping, oil production, rubber, animal feed, juice production, ready-made garments, flex and printing press, beauty parlor, salon X-ray scanning, medical lab, areca nut plate production, paper plates and cups, centering workers, welding, water service station, cow, sheep, goat, buffalo, chicken, duck, fish farming and vegetarian and non-vegetarian hotels and more than 630 other businesses.
