A total of 2 posts are available in this recruitment, divided into separate grades:
Administrative Assistant / Typist Post:
1 post has been reserved for this post, and the candidate will be responsible for the administrative work of the Tahsildar’s office, record management, correspondence, accounting records, Kannada and English typing work. Kannada and English typing technical certificates and experience in the relevant department will be given higher priority.
Dalayat Post:
1 post is also available for this post, and the responsibility of this post is to assist in the daily work of the office, move documents in and out of the office, transfer newspapers and letters, and communicate between branches. At least SSLC pass and additional plus points if experience in the Tahsildar’s office.
Educational Qualification
Administrative Assistant/Typist: Work experience in the concerned Tahsildar office or in a government office is mandatory. Also, should have a technical certificate in Kannada and English typing.
Dalayat: At least SSLC (10th class) pass is required. Special preference if there is work experience in the concerned office. More opportunities for local candidates.
Note: It is mandatory to attach copies of all documents including educational qualification certificate, experience certificate while applying.
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 35 years (to be calculated as on 30-06-2025)
Exemptions:
SC/ST candidates: 5 years exemption
OBC candidates: 3 years exemption
PWD candidates: 10 years exemption
Ex-Servicemen candidates: Exemption based on length of service as per government rules
