KPSC SDA Result: 2nd additional selection list for SDA posts 2019 published

The Karnataka Public Service Commission has now released the second additional selection list for the SDA posts for the year 2019. It had recently released the first additional selection list. Now the second additional selection list has been published. Those who have applied for these posts and participated in the recruitment process should check this list and make sure that your name is there.

On the demand and proposal of various departments under the Government of Karnataka, KPSC has now released the second additional selection list for the recruitment of SDA posts for the year 2019. Those who have applied for these posts and written the recruitment exams, do not miss to check if your name is in this list.

The final selection list for the posts of Junior Assistants/Second Assistants of Hyderabad-Karnataka Group-201 in various departments of the state notified by the Commission vide notification dated 29-02-2020 and recruitment notification dated 14-05-2020 was released on 09-01-2023.

Further, the Commission published the additional list on 05-05-2023 and the 1st additional selection list on 15-06-2024.

Currently, in accordance with the chronological order of the proposals received from various departments for the additional selection list for the said posts, an additional selection list for 14 posts and the list of cut-off marks have been prepared and published today (04-04-2025) on the Commission’s website http://kpsc.kar.nic.in for the information of the candidates.

How to check additional select list

  • Visit the official website of the commission http://kpsc.kar.nic.in.
  • On the opened webpage, click on Lists >> Select List >> Additional Select List.
  • Then on the webpage that opens, click on ‘2nd Additional Select list for SDA-2019(HK)’.
  • A PDF webpage will open. Check that your name is there.

How much do you know about the qualifications for the Karnataka Second Class Assistant post?
Educational Qualification
Must have passed Second PUC or equivalent qualification. At the time of application, marks and mark sheet should be uploaded in this regard. There are reservations for Kannada medium candidates, rural medium candidates and certificates should be provided.

Age Qualification
Those who have completed at least 21 years of age can apply.
Backward Classes are allowed to apply up to a maximum age of 38 years.
Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are eligible to apply up to 40 years.
General Category candidates are allowed to apply only up to 35 years.

Salary and Pension Benefits
The monthly salary for Second Class Assistant posts will be Rs. 21400-42000.
Pension facility will be available as per Government Order No. FD (SPL) 04 PET 2005, dated 31-03-2006 and its amendments.
