Educational Qualification:
Passed Pre-Graduate Education Examination or equivalent. Must have passed Kannada and English junior level typing test conducted by Karnataka Board of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent qualification.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be at least 18 years of age as on the last date fixed for application and candidates of all categories are given maximum age relaxation of 03 years as given below.
P.J/P.P/P-1: 43 years
OBC 2A, 2B, 3A, 3B: 41 years
General Qualification: 38
Recruitment process
i) Merit list in the ratio of 1:10 among the candidates ranked on the basis of reservation and marks obtained in the qualification prescribed for the post of Clerk-cum-Typist as mentioned in Annexure-‘A’ of the Karnataka Lokayukta (Staff, Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Staff and Officers) (Amendment) Rules, 2005. Prepared and qualified candidates who are in this list will be conducted by this office. A candidate will be considered for the shortlist only if he secures at least 50% marks out of the maximum 20 marks allotted for the qualifying examination.
ii) Qualifying test will be conducted through finger print machine / computer
