Educational Qualification
For the posts of Junior Assistant, one should have passed II PUC. Knowledge of Kannada along with ability to read Kannada, write Kannada, speak and understand it clearly. Should have knowledge of computer applications. Candidates with a degree from any university established under the laws of India and experience will be given preference.
For Computer Operator posts, candidates should have passed II PUC or 3 years Diploma in Commercial Practice. Candidates should have passed Senior Kannada or English Typewriting or have knowledge of Computer Application. Candidates should have knowledge of Kannada along with ability to read Kannada, write Kannada, speak and understand Kannada fluently. Candidates with Engineering Degree from any Technical University established under the laws of India and experience will be given preference.
For Sepoy posts, candidates should have passed SSLC and studied Kannada as a language. Candidates should have valid Light Vehicle and Heavy Vehicle Driving License with 5 years of experience for Driver posts. Candidates should have minimum educational qualification for Night Watchman and Gunman posts and preference will be given to Ex-Servicemen.
Age Limit and Fee
For the posts of Senior Assistant, the maximum age limit for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Category-1 is 40 years and Rs. 1,000 plus 18% GST, for Other Backward Classes it is 38 years, for General Category it is 35 years, and Rs. 2,000 plus 18% GST should be paid.
Instructions
The admit card and the date, venue and time of the written test will be notified to the candidates eligible for the written test on the official website. The admit cards of the written test of the eligible candidates should be downloaded from the official website www.thejamkhandiurbanbank.com and presented at the time of admission to the written test. The bank management has stated that the candidates appearing for the written test or interview should appear at their own expense.
