KPTCL Notification for 2975 Posts: Apply SSLC Passed
Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited has released recruitment notification for filling up 2975 vacancies. Online applications are invited for these posts. The official notification has been released on October 14, and applications for these posts can be made online from October 21 to November 20. Karnataka Power Transmission Corporation Limited has issued a recruitment notification to fill the vacant posts of Junior Station Attendant, Junior Powerman in its respective offices and various electricity supply companies. In addition to new posts, applications are now invited through online for filling up a total of 2975 posts including backlog posts. Aspirants who want to join government post after passing SSLC apply online for these posts. See below for more details about the posts.

Eligibility and Qualifications to Apply for KPTCL Posts
SSLC pass or
CBSE / ICSE Board 10th Pass.
But these qualifications should be read and passed from educational institutes of Karnataka state.
Other than the above mentioned qualification, no other parallel qualification will be considered.
External or Open University, Open School Class 10th pass will not be considered.
The said qualification should have passed mark sheet by the last date of application.
In case those who have appeared for the said qualification test and are waiting for the result are not eligible to apply.
Age Qualification for KPTCL Posts
- Must be at least 18 years of age to submit application.
- Candidates with general qualification should not exceed 35 years maximum age.
- Other Backward Classes should not be above 38 years.
- Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Caste / Category-1 candidates should not be above 40 years.
Other Qualifications for KPTCL Posts
- Must have knowledge of reading/writing in Kannada.
- Should have satisfactory eyesight.
- Should have satisfactory physique.
- Must be able to perform heavy work such as digging holes, climbing towers or poles, carrying heavy objects, installing wires, changing poles, etc. And must qualify in Endurance Test.
Candidates who wish to apply are eligible to apply for Kavipranini or Electricity Supply Companies, any one of these companies only.
