Lakhpati Didi Scheme 2024

Lakhpati Didi Yojana is a program of the Ministry of Rural Development (MORD) which aims to empower women through Self Help Groups (SHGs).

Eligibility: Must be a member of Lakhpati Didi SHG, whose annual family income is at least Rs.1,00,000.

This income is calculated over at least four farming seasons or business cycles, with an average monthly income of Rs 10,000.

Program Objectives: This program aims to help women achieve a decent standard of living and adopt sustainable livelihood practices.

Financial assistance: Credit guarantee for loans up to Rs 5 lakh for a maximum period of five years
Interest Subsidy: 2% interest subsidy on loans up to Rs 1.5 lakh for a maximum period of three years
Skill development: Training to help women develop skills for livelihood intervention Collective action: SHGs work together to support women’s entrepreneurial ventures.

How to Apply?:

If you want to avail loan through this scheme, you have to visit the office of Women Child Development Department in your district.
There you have to take the Lakhpati Didi Scheme form and fill the required details.
Then attach necessary documents and submit to concerned authorities.
The authorities will check your application form and grant you interest free loan if you are eligible.
