WCD Karnataka Anganwadi Recruitment 2024 : The Department of Women and Child Development has invited applications from eligible female candidates for filling up the required posts of Anganwadi Workers and Assistants in Anganwadi Centers of various districts of Karnataka. Post : Anganwadi Workers, Anganwadi Assistants

Number of Vacancies: Applications are invited for filling up a total of 1476 posts.

Duty Location: Eligible candidates selected for the posts should perform duty in Mandya, Dakshina Kannada, Raichur, Ramnagar and Udupi districts.

Educational qualification prescribed for the post:
Anganwadi Worker – Must have minimum PUC pass. Must have studied Kannada as first or second language in SSLC.
Anganwadi Helper – Must have passed SSLC or equivalent.

Age Limit: Candidates should be at least 19 years old and not more than 35 years old.

Relaxation: Age relaxation of 10 years has been given to persons with disabilities.

Selection Method : Candidates will be selected according to merit and merit based on the total marks obtained by the candidates including the marks obtained in the qualification and bonus marks.
