KPSC SDA 2nd Additional List

The second additional selection list for the posts of Second Grade Assistants in various Departments and Judicial Units of the State notified by the Commission and the information about the cutoff marks considered for this list has now been released. Here is the link, method to check.

Karnataka Public Service Commission has released the second additional selection list for the recruitment of second grade assistant posts in various departments and judicial units of the state notified in the year 2017. Apply for this line of posts and check that the names of those who have participated in the selection process are correct.

KPSC published the final selection list on 02-06-2020 for a total of 851 (766+85) posts of second grade assistants in various departments and judicial units of the state.

Subsequently amended from time to time, the Karnataka Civil Services (Recruitment to Clerk Posts) Rules – 1978 prepared an additional list of 10% for recruitment to the posts of Remaining Basic Group and Hyderabad Karnataka Group, 83 posts for 19 Appointing Authorities of Remaining Basic Group and 06 Appointing Authorities of HC Group. Additional select list for 15 posts totaling 98 posts was published in May 2022.

Now, as a second phase, the second additional selection list has been released for the SDA post of 2017 based on the demand received from various departments, limiting the classification to 10% as per rules.

How to Check KPSC Additional List?

• Visit Karnataka Public Service Commission website https://www.kpsc.kar.nic.in/
• On the open website click on select ‘Lists >> Select List >> Additional List’.
• Then click on the relevant link for ‘SDA-2017 Second Selection List’ on the opened webpage.
• A selection list will be displayed. Make a check.
• To check the relevant cutoff marks for the said list, click on ‘Cutoff Marks’ under the ‘Attention to Applicants’ menu on the KPSC home page.

KPSC has released the relevant cutoff marks for the second additional list currently published for the recruitment of second grade assistant posts in various departmental and judicial units of the notified state. This information can also be checked on the official website of the commission.

What is the qualification for the post of SDA?
Should have passed Secondary PUC or 12th or equivalent qualification.

What is the age qualification for the post of SDA?
Must be at least 18 years old. Maximum should not exceed 35 years. Class wise age relaxation rule will be applicable.
