UGC NET June time table 2024

The National Examinations Agency has released the June Session UGC NET Exam Time Table 2024. Those who have applied for this exam should check the exam dates without fail and prepare last minute.

NTA has released subject wise UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) 2024 June session schedule which is conducted as qualifying examination for Junior Research Fellowship admission, Assistant Professor post, Ph.D admission for a total of 83 subjects. Candidates who have already registered online for this exam should know the time table and make all preparations.

UGC NET June Session 2024 Exam Date: 18-06-2024

The NET exam will be held in two sessions on June 18. The exam will be conducted in OMR (pen and paper) mode. The first session exam will be held from 9-30 am to 12-30 pm, the second session exam will be held from 03 pm to 06 pm. Out of total 83 subjects, 42 subjects will be examined in the first session and 41 subjects will be examined in the second session.

The National Examinations Agency has informed the candidates who have applied for the UGC NET examination that the examination city / center information will be displayed 10 days prior to the scheduled date of the examination. Candidates can know their exam center and city details by providing their registration number, date of birth information and login.

UGC NET Exam Procedure
UGC NET exam is for total 300 marks. There will be two papers in total.
Common Paper Paper 1 is common to candidates of all subjects and is a paper of 100 marks and 50 questions will be asked.
Paper 2 is a subject paper with 100 questions carrying 200 marks. Answering all questions is compulsory.
Total duration of CBT exam is 3 hours. It is compulsory for the candidate to answer both papers within 3 hours.

What should be the last minute preparation for UGC NET exam?
NET exam is on June 18. According to this, 15 days are left for the exam. Do not touch new things at this time.
Solve previous year question papers as many as four papers per day if possible.
Take online mock tests and practice. From this you can learn time management techniques.
As you read, repeat the highlighted points in the books and take short notes.
Smartphone users attend one hour mock test. This practice can increase the speed of answering the exam. Pay attention to frequently asked questions. Observing whether the same question is asked in different ways helps in proper preparation.
