Bengaluru, (May 08) : The time has been fixed for the Karnataka sslc exam result 2023-24. Tomorrow (May 09) at 10.30 am Karnataka School Examination and Valuation Board will announce the result in a press conference. Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board Chairperson N. Manjushree has given information about this. This time 8.69 lakh students wrote the SSLC Exam-1 from 25.03.2024 to 06.04.2024. 4,41,910 boys and 4,28,058 girl students appeared for the exam and their fate will be decided tomorrow.

Karnataka School Examination and Evaluation Board has officially issued a press release about the result. SSLC Exam-1 was held in March/April 2024. Evaluation of answer papers of all subjects will be concluded. A press conference has been called at Karnataka School Examination and Valuation Board, 6th Road, Malleswaram, Bangalore-560003 on 09.05.2024 at 10.30 am to announce SSLC Exam-1 Result. SSLC Result 2024 will be available at https://karresults.nic.in on 09.05.2024 after 10.30 am.

Last year, the Karnataka Board declared the SSLC result on May 08. The overall pass rate was 83.89 percent. A total of 8,69,968 students had registered for the SSLC examination across the state. Out of which 4,41,910 are boys and 4,28,058 are girls. Out of the total student registration, 8,10,368 government school students, 18,225 private students and 41,375 repeat students were registered for the examination.
What happens if you fail?
Students who failed in result tomorrow need not worry. SSLC exam students and private students from this academic stream can write the exam 3 times. Those who failed earlier had to write the supplementary examination. But there is a chance to write the exam 3 times whether pass or fail from this line. Passed candidates can re-write exam-2 and exam-3 to increase their marks. The candidate with the highest marks in the 3 tests is allowed to choose. So if you fail / get low marks in exam-1 then you can take exam-2. Exam-3 can be taken if exam-2 is failed / low score is obtained. None of the tests will be supplementary test hus. In the mark sheet, the entry will be as Fresh Student.
