The notification for the recruitment of PDO posts is likely to be released in the last week of November / first week of December.!!
Proposal submitted to KPSC for recruitment of total 733 posts including PDO, Panchayat Secretary Grade-1, Grade-2 & SDAA.!
This is a joy for the job aspirants of the state. The notification for filling various vacant posts in Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (RDPR) Department will be released by the end of November.
The Finance Department has already agreed to fill up a total of 733 posts including the posts of Panchayat Development Officer, Grade- and Grade-II Secretary and Second Grade Accounts Assistant through direct recruitment of various cadres of the RDPR Department. The Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC) is preparing to release the recruitment notification in the last week of November.
A proposal has also been submitted by the department for filling up the post through KPSC. The post of PDO has not been filled in the state for many years. One PDO has been given the charge of 2-3 panchayats and government work has also suffered. The age limit of the post aspirants is also exceeding, if the process of filling this post starts, new hope will arise for the aspirants. Even though there are more vacancies, it is a relief that the notification is being issued to fill up as much as required.
