Indian Postal Department has now released a notification for filling up the vacancies of Sports Quota for the current line. Here is the complete details of the posts.
Indian Post Department has released a notification for filling up the posts of sports quota for the year 2023. It has released a notification for filling up a total of 1899 posts including Postal Assistant, Sorting Assistant, Postman, Mail Guard, MTS. Eligible candidates can apply online from 10th November to 09th December. Complete details about the posts are as follows.

Post wise qualification
Postal Assistant : Any Graduation Pass.
Sorting Assistant: Any Graduation Pass.
Postman : Second PUC pass.
Mail Guard: Second PUC Pass.
MTS : 10th pass.
Other Qualifications
In addition to the above qualifications, candidates must have achieved sports at the state/national/international/inter-university level mentioned in the notification.
Must be at least 18 years to apply. Maximum age of 27 years for MTS posts, maximum age of 25 years for other posts is allowed to apply. Also age relaxation rules will be applicable for class wise.

Starting date for submission of online application: 10-11-2023
Last date for submission of online application : 09-12-2023
Last Date for Application Amendment: December 10-14.
Application Fee Information
Rs.100 for General Category candidates.
Rs.100 for OBC candidates.
Fee exemption is given to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, Category-1 candidates.
