Central Sector Scholarship 2023
Hello friends, Union Ministry of Human Resource Development has implemented a new scholarship for college and university students. Applications for Central Sector Scholarships for the academic year 2023-24 can be made till December 31. Read this article till the end for complete information about it.

Documents required to apply:
- Annual income of the family is Rs 45 lakhs. Print out of the application
- Income certificate
- Eligibility Certificate
- Enrollment report should be obtained from caste and institution and submitted to the college
- Scholarship aspirants should not apply
- 50 percent of the total scholarships are earmarked for girls
- 15 percent of SC. 7.5 percent for ST category. 27 percent O.B.C category. For class. Five percent of each category is reserved for persons with disabilities.
The scholarship is available for a maximum of five years from graduation (including professional courses). Scholarships are distributed in the ratio of 3:3:1 for science, commerce and humanities subjects. Scholarship amount per year for undergraduate level is Rs. 12,000 and Rs 20,000 per annum for postgraduate level. To avail the scholarship in subsequent years, it must be renewed every year.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must have secured 50% marks in annual examination.
- 75% absent.
- No need to submit income certificate at the time of renewal
- If the renewal cannot be done online, it can be renewed in subsequent years.
Applicants should have an Aadhaar linked savings bank account with nationalized banks. The scholarship amount is directly deposited into the account by the Central Government. The printed application form along with copies of supporting documents should be submitted to the educational institution within five days. All applications will be rejected.
