Rajiv Gandhi Gramin Vasati Yojana
As per the order of Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation, Bangalore and the decision of the Urban Shelter Committee, applications are invited online from the newly eligible candidates for allotment of G+2 type houses to the homeless of the city on a total land of 19 acres and 23 guntas of Gopishettikoppa village of the city.
Who can apply?
Website Shivamoggacitycorp.org Only female candidates above 18 years can apply (in case of male candidate should be ex-serviceman, disabled, widower and senior citizen candidate). Application can be made from July 01 to July 31. August 07 is the last day to pay the prescribed fee through the bank
Application fee Rs.200/-, EMD amount Rs.8000/- for applicants belonging to General Category 1, 2(A), 2(B), 3(A), 3(B) and belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe. Application fee Rs.100/-, EMD Rs.5000/- total fee of Rs.5100 for applicants can be paid through cash or debit card at all branches of Canara Bank in Shimoga City/SR Branches of Bank of Baroda/Indian Bank Mahanagarpalike Branch and Shimoga One Centers .
Applicants must reside in Shimoga city area. Must have BPL/Antyodaya ration card. Applicant and his family should not own plot/house. Should not have got placement/accommodation facility under any other scheme. Latest Annual Income Certificate in the applicant’s name (must have income less than Rs.86,000). Third genders can also apply.
Applicants must have a recent 01 passport size color photograph, Aadhaar card, BPL ration card, P.J./P.P./PWD/Senior Citizen/Ex-Servicemen/Servicemen’s Widows/Widows/Freedom Fighters certificate issued by the competent authority. Current bank pass book in applicant’s name, annual income certificate with these documents along with all original documents and document numbers should be clearly submitted as original document while submitting online application. Shimoga City Shelter Committee Chairman said that if incomplete details are given or wrong information is given, the application will be rejected without any explanation to the applicant.
