KPTCL Recruitment 2022

The state government has said that the demand for reserve for Kannadigars in the job is astu. It is against this backdrop that the notification for filling the vacancies in the KPTCL Recruitment Corporation (KPTCL Recruitment) of the Department of Energy has been issued.

Recruitment Examination (Kannada Exam) is mandatory for these posts. With this, the demand for multi-day mantra kandigars has been met.

KPTCL has invited applications for filling up of 1492 vacancies in Chamundeswari, Bangalore, Hubli, Mills and Gulbarga Electricity Supply companies under Karnataka Electricity Transmission Corporation. Applications for these posts will be started online from today. Eligible candidates can apply online and the last date for applying is March 7, 2022.

Kannada test is mandatory for the above posts. Candidates applying in the SSLC, PUC or above examination are only exempted from the compulsory Kannada language test if they have studied Kannada as a first, second or optional language or in the Kannada medium.

Candidates who have not yet studied Kannada are required to pass at least 50 marks in the Kannada test before qualifying for selection. However, these points are not considered for selection of posts.
